I was going to switch to T Mobile from Verizon due to cost concerns, but when I learned of your proposed TOS changes, I was livid! How dare you dictate what we message others? This is nothing short of criminal and I’ve been talking to other customers and they plan on leaving your service unless this changes immediately!

Willy at the Casselberry Florida store is an absolute rock star! Lets just say Willy fixed in 5 minutes what the Apple store and Wal-Mart could not and/or refused to do! I am now a proud T-Mobile member.

T-mobile Bloomingdale IL Issue

T-mobile at 170 E Lake st unite 5 Bloomingdale IL. I am sorry as a loyal customer over 20 years, this is the worst experience I’ve had. I upgraded my phone with girl named Jasmine, she added 5 tracking devices as a complimentary that I didn’t want, she said it’s free, I never used it and saw extra charge on my account. I went back to return it, a guy named Dave told me that they are free and will credit me money that I should come back April 28th Sunday at 10am to meet with him to resolve the issue. He was not there because the store opens at 11, I came back at 11 and he wasn’t there. They told me the promotion is over and I can’t return the devices so I had to end up calling customer service. They were dragging me from month to month to get time. Now they told me the May 23 when billing cycle is over. I keep hearing that and no one do anything. I hope someone can resolve my issue.

Yes T-Mobile customer service got it right! Wow!!! I see a lot of bad reviews on here.🥴🥴🥴 I’m writing this review because of the 4 people who did right by me.They ALL worked very HARD to make it right!!! I have no way of letting them know how much I THANK them all and I APPRECIATE everything they did to help fix my situation. I have been a T-Mobile (prepaid) customer for over 25 years. I was grandfathered in my plan. I’m older and did not grow up with technology. The people are: Ronald a supervisor ,Maria, Sherry, and David. This was on April the 27,2024. I had my acct. suspended by T -Mobile 12 hours earlier than they were supposed to. I have always added more minutes to keep my plan active for another year. for 25 years. There was a big balance and I thought it was lost. It took 3 days and 3 long phone calls to get it fixed. So I Appreciate and Thank them for their patience, calmness,(I was very upset) kindness which in turn helped me be calm, patient and kind as well. I hope they might read this and see it. Good customer service is rare these days and should be noted and praised when it does happen.

T-Mobile Customer Service Issue

Not to be trusted! I ended up paying for a lost phone that was lost at the receiving end of warehouse. All indications it had been signed for and received but the warehouse claims it did not make it to warehouse. Several communications and even an attempt to have resolved at a higher level yielded zero communication back. I moved my account to T-Mobile because I assumed it would be better, I was 200% wrong. Not to be trusted and I am surprised they can do business with lack of communications. Well T-Mobile was paid the $1209 USD and more. I am canceling and going to the lack luster company I had before.
