Good bye @sprint it was good for a while but ever since you started hanging out with @TMobile your network reliability has been just as bad as theirs, which was why I switched to Sprint in the first place. Hello @Verizon hope you do me right

My carrier was doing a cool thing by providing an unlimited data cap during the past few months of the pandemic.Unfortunately, @TMobile has reversed course. I'm grateful for what I had, but now my Internet is so slow that I can barely even load images or stream music at home.

@TMobileHelp Can you help with the T-Mobile home internet service? I received the new T-Mobile router last week. It can't seem to stay on 5G internet for more than a day or so with multiple devices accessing it. Downgrades to 4G and loses the 5G connection completely until reset

@TMobile @TMobileHelp always rave of their customer service and I changed to this company from att and I was supposed to receive a credit for bringing my own device and I’m still waiting almost 3 months later. Really bad experience and might have to switch back.

@sprint @TMobile your Gaithersburg, MD store is listed as opening at 10am. No note on the door saying it’s not. Horrible customer service.
