Is Temple housing first come first serve? ›

Selections are first come, first served, though. To get your top housing choice, start the selection process as early as possible. You can also pick a meal plan at the same time—all new students living in University Housing are required to purchase a meal plan.

Housing is guaranteed for students who submit their deposits by May 1. Paying the housing deposit does not guarantee a housing assignment. If you pay the housing deposit and do not live on campus, the deposit will be credited to your tuition account.

Who is eligible to live on campus? To be eligible for on campus housing a student must meet the following conditions: Be enrolled as a full-time student with 12 or more credit hours. Pay a Housing Deposit and return a signed Housing Contract that was received and accepted by the Department of Housing & Residence Life.

TU Delft has partnered with various housing agencies in the greater-Delft region to offer accommodation to students coming from abroad. Accommodations will become available prior to the start of each semester and can only be reserved through TU Delft's housing portal.

Apply by Feb. 1 and you'll receive an admissions decision in four to eight weeks after completing your application. NOTE: Early Action candidates receive priority review and can delay our review of Regular Decision candidates.

Towson Run Apartments

Approximately 400 students are housed at Towson Run. The apartments are nine month housing and are open during term breaks.

In addition to the fees for housing, resident students pay a non-refundable $350 housing deposit to reserve a space in university housing. This deposit is credited to the student's spring term account if the student continues to live in university housing.
