A type library is a binary file that contains class interfaces and value lists (enumerators) recognized by an OLE automation server. Type libraries are supported by development tools, such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Visual C#, and Visual C++.

To get started, open the "Preferences" window in Eclipse. Navigate to "Java » Build Path » User Libraries" on the left-hand side and click the "New" button. Enter the library name and click the "OK" button (leave the "System library" checkbox alone).

Library cards are also available for residents of Montgomery County, Prince George's County, Virginia County, Fairfax County, Frederick County, Loudoun County, Arlington County, Prince William County, Falls Church County, and Alexandria County.

There is no minimum age requirement to apply for a library card. Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their library card application.
