Why did they cancel All That? ›

Leon Frierson and Christy Knowings did not have Best Of specials. Eventually, Nickelodeon canceled All That, due to crew disputes and a general desire to move on. However, All That still had a strong following and was one of the most popular shows on the network.

The series originally aired on Nickelodeon from April 16, 1994, to October 22, 2005, lasting ten seasons, and was produced by Tollin/Robbins Productions and by Schneider's Bakery in season ten.

This would be the final season for Lori Beth Denberg; in a live chat on Nick.com, she reasoned that she left All That, because she "was getting older." Denberg was the last original female cast member on the show before her departure.

A Nickelodeon producer spotted her at a performance at the Laugh Factory, which prompted the network to cast her on the sketch comedy series All That, where she played various roles from season three to season six. The show brought Bynes considerable recognition, and she won a Kids' Choice Award in 2000.

Shane Lyons revealed in episode 5 of Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV that he was let go from the series after producers opted not to renew his contract. Giovonnie Samuels left because she felt was too old to be on All That, similar to original cast member Lori Beth Denberg exiting after Season 4.

After Josh and the final members of the original All That cast left, Josh went on to host Oh Yeah! Cartoons for its third season. He then made a guest appearance on 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd in 2002. He then returned to All That for the All That 10th Anniversary Reunion Special, reprising several of his characters.

Like the first 10 seasons, this season was shot before a live audience. The revival featured an entirely new cast, consisting of Nathan Janak, Kate Godfrey, Lex Lumpkin, Chinguun Sergelen, Reece Caddell, Ryan Alessi, Gabrielle Nevaeh Green, and Aria Brooks.
