What is the point of Knock Knock? ›

The film Knock Knock explores themes of trauma, revenge, and justice in a number of ways. Trauma: The film's protagonist, Evan Webber, is a successful architect who is traumatized by the events of the film. He is haunted by the memory of what happened, and he is unable to move on with his life.

The next morning, Evan awakens to see that Bel and Genesis have made themselves at home. Evan realizes they vandalized a statue made by his wife. He demands that they leave or he will call the police, but they tell him that they are only 15 and thus could get him imprisoned for statutory rape.

The girls tell him that they have killed other men and announce that he will die at dawn. At dawn, they tie Evan up with a hose, bury him in the hole, leaving only his head above ground, and tell him they will crush his skull with a large stone.

Parents need to know that Knock Knock is a home invasion thriller that also deals with pedophilia, torture, and revenge. Women's naked breasts and bottoms are seen, and there's an extended three-person sex scene that includes implied oral sex and skin-on-skin close-ups, as well as plenty of sex talk.

Evan brings them their clothes and finds them nude. He tries to convince them to leave, but as they start forcing themselves upon him, he gives in and has a threesome with them. The next morning, Evan finds out that his wife's sculpture has been vandalized by the girls.

The lame "Knock Knock" is a terrible movie: the story and the screenplay are ridiculously bad; the unconvincing acting is awful; the camera work is dreadful.
