No. Don't do it. Added costs for everything. You can fare better almost anywhere. For this price, you're better off at Marlowe or Lacquerbar in Berkeley. At least there, you'd be treated like a queen. Perfect nail will overbook, switch you to and from nail techs, and impose services. For two Mani pedis, with one set not gel, it came to $160. I could've been happy but my nails are also ugly and unevenly cut as well as unevenly painted. Read Less

I am extremely impressed with this location and the friendly professionalism their staff carried. My lady, Kimberly, never fails to send me on my way thoroughly pleased with the service she provides. I was trying to get my eyebrows waxed before my birthday. I’d never gone in there before but, it looked pretty busy so I figured that they were good. I go in and wait 30 minutes (Make an Appointment) then this woman takes me to this room in the back. She doesn’t ask me any questions about how I’d like my eyebrows and when I tried to tell her how’d I like them I felt like she was trying to rush me in and out to get to the next customer. Didn’t feel like she was really listening to me. So she finished and I had to PAY $30. That not seem like a lot to most people but, when you’ve only paid $10-20 it seems pretty expensive. THIS IS WHEN THE STORY GET GOOD. When I got home she had missed a lot of places when she was waxing my chin and neck. Two days later I end up breaking out all over my chin and 75% of my neck with a crap on acne. SO ESSENTIALLY I PAID $30 FOR A SUBPAR JOB AND TO BREAK OUT IN PIMPLES. Read Less

Did a very poor job for an expensive price! Nails were not even. Lady kept pressuring you to get all different kinds of color! Nail polish were all over the nail! Very disappointed! For $50! 🤦🏻‍♀️

They close at 8pm... I came in about 7:15pm. They had no problem taking me as a walk in. I was told to sign in so I did then I began to look at the nail Polish. Right away a woman told me to come sit down & that she had color samples I could look at. She asked if I wanted both mani & pedi. I said no just pedi. I asked if it would be ok if my children sat in the waiting area & ate. They were very nice to my children. They even gave them candy. I got a simple pedi done with gel & I really enjoyed it. I will for sure go back... hopefully next time without kids so I can get a different pedi where I can spend more time relaxing. Sandy did a great job on my pedi! Read Less

I have been going here every 3 weeks for over a year and just love it. Parking is great, when you make an appointment they are always right on time. Or they call you if they are behing schedule. They make me feel very welcome and comfortable. I think they may be on the pricey side but I wouldnt go anywhere else. Never had a manicure I didn't love. Read Less

I'm Vietnamese, so believe that I am highly capable of doing my own nails. Sometimes it's nice to just treat yourself. I was heading to Vegas for the week, so I really needed my toes done.With so many nail salons, I choose Perfect Nails because of the good reviews about how clean it is. It really is a clean establishment and big too. Without an appointment, Amy was able to take care of me right away. She was easy to talk to, and what I loved was how she took her time. I've been to other places before where they would only paint half the nail.. I was sweet talked into getting the deluxe pedi, which was a little pricey. It was relaxing though. She asked if I wanted flowers drawn, and I thought it would be nice, but didn't know that it would cost me an additional $5. So.. just make sure you ask for the prices before committing to anything. It really is a great shop though. They have water, coffee, tea, and even wine! Snacks are available too. My best friend and I went for the first time and had a wonderful experience. We called ahead to schedule an appointment, the staff member who answered was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had no issues scheduling a mani/pedi combo for the two of us for 7pm that day. When we arrived the store was neat, clean, and relaxing. The front desk manager was very friendly, welcoming, and organized. We were quickly greeted by our nail techs, Kelly and Kaitlen, and got our mani/pedis.Both ladies were super nice, friendly, and know their products well. They made recommendations when asked without ever coming across as pushy or overbearing/upselling. Our massage chairs were great, and our deluxe pedicures were definitely worth the price. The ladies took their time with our manis and pedis, even as we passed their scheduled closing time. They never rushed us or sacrificed quality to save time.I am so happy we found this place. We plan on becoming regular customers. I don't have a single grievance or negative thing to say, and definitely feel comfortable recommending it to anyone. I came here last weekend with my sisters to get eyelash extensions done. I didn't get the name of the lady who provided her services. I've heard eyelash extensions typically take between 1-2 hours. I was the last one of my group of 3 to get my eyelashes done. The woman who did our lashes was on her phone constantly. She kept stopping and checking her phone and making calls. That's very unprofessional in my opinion. (-1 star) A worker came in the room and told the woman she had a customer waiting for eyelash extensions. She allowed that customer and her daughter to sit in the room while finishing my lashes. (-1 star) I felt like she rushed to finished. She didn't even give me a brush, or explain any after-care. Thankfully my sister does this a lot so she explained to me what the technician should have. (-1 star) After getting home and checking it out, it was uneven. I called and the man on the phone told me to come back in and they will check it out. I went back the next day, same woman fixed my lashes (still felt kind of rushed) and they look even and better now. I appreciated that she actually fixed it and didn't try to charge me or tell me I was wrong. (+1 star) Would I come back? Probably not. Would I recommend this place? I don't think so.I feel there's more professional places out there who can do a better job and take their time doing it. I would definitely fork up those few extra dollars for better service. I would never go back again I went to go get a overlay fill and the first lady that helped me I asked her if she could fix my nail because one of them broke and they're all my natural nails and she said yeah she could and then later on she said she couldn't and then she went ahead and broke my pinky nail also that I had to cut it so she end up cutting it and I was really upset then I told her I knew what I was talking about you didn't have to cut it and I asked for somebody else and she had a attitude and her language I don't know what she said but it was very unprofessional I would not set foot back in there again the other lady that okay job but they charged me $35 or something I'd really didn't want so I learned my lesson. For two times I made an appointment over the phone and receptionist never wrote it down on the agenda.. went there and I have her telling me ohhh no I can't find your name your not in the list.. it's a waste of my time driving over.. and not been seen. I use to go to them 20 years ago and I Loved the job they did. I quit having my nails done for many years but started again when I started a new job. I refound Kim the owner and I won't go to any other place. I am not to happy with the pedicure I got but I truly love my nails done by her. To me it was just another nail place. Clean enough which was why I stayed. They have a large selection of gel colors but I felt like most of the polish in general was super old and nasty. I felt rushed to pick a color and get started. I picked what I wanted and the lady bright me a few to match the help I picked. Only 1 of the 3 wasn't sticky and old.
